I have, actually.. unfortunately I keep forgetting to take pictures of it and write down what I did! So far I've made: roast pork (I'll be writing about this later), pan-seared scallops, pea soup with Prosciutto, lots of salads, stir fries etc.
I love to cook, particularly healthy, nutritious meals. That doesn't mean that I won't break down from time to time and shamelessly eat large quantities of bacon, chicken wings, or pie. Particularly blueberry or peach pie, because they are the best.

And here I thought you were just too busy gorging yourself on all combinations and permutations of organic/asian/sea food to be cooking!
